general information

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, dimension, destination and shipment type and will be shown during "checkout" process in the online shop.
Our logistics provider is DHL respectively Deutsche Post.
Below you will find the shipping costs depending on weight and destination.

delivery period

The delivery period begins with the date of full payment of the contract price, respectively one day after issuing the bank transfer for payment method pre-payment. If the last day of the delivery period is a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, the due-date will become the following working day.

If the shopping cart contains articles that feature different delivery periods, all articles will be shipped at once. In this case the delivery period depends on the article with the longest delivery period.

1. small goods shipment (where applicable)

requirements: weight less than 500g and dimension less than LxBxH 30x20x4cm

  • within Germany: 2,25 Euro
  • within EU: 3,49 Euro

All costs include the currently valid VAT.

  • outside EU: 4,99 Euro

Costs do not include VAT.
For shipments out of EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may occur. These costs need to be borne by the customer. Thus, before placing an order, customers outside the EU are advised to make enquiries at their local customs and tax authorities.

bulky parcel extra charge (length max. 200cm, combined length and girth* max. 360cm) = 21,00 Euro
