Cancellation on digital products
Please understand that we need to protect our company against misuse of statutory cancellation rights. To get access to the data, you will be prompted via email to confirm the following:

  • you expressly consent to the start of the execution of the contract before the statutory cancellation period ends
  • you acknowledge that by the consent above your cancellation rights expire

Currently the procedure of sharing the download link is being done manually. Usually you will receive it within 12 hours, in the worst case 24 hours after the check out process.
