product attributes

• scope of delivery: one set of brake ducts (left and right), without further accessories
• reproduction made by 3d printing, no original parts
• based on a 3d scan of original air ducts (OE numbers for comparison purposes: 191 805 825 and 191 805 826)
• we implemented some optimization in terms of mounting (mainly higher wall thickness)
• you can still mount the ducts together with original wheel house liners, but the liners may need some minor rework
• we highly recommend to use our pair of newly developed mounting brackets. They come in stainless steel and allow the brake ducts to be mounted also WITHOUT wheel house liners
• you can choose from two different materials for the cooling ducts:
• TPU material = the recommended version -> soft, flexible and very ductile material, in terms of deformability comparable to original ducts. It will forgive impacts and hits that may not only appear under extreme motorsport conditions, but also during daily use
• ABS material = the lower priced alternative -> quite stiff but not very flexible and also brittle, thus we only recommend to choose this version if you are sure that no hard hits or impacts will happen
• material wise we expressly recommend to choose the TPU version
• on the pictures you can determine the material by appearance:
• dull surface with raw surface structure = TPU material
• silky gloss, very even surface structure = ABS material
• in comparison to our reproduction parts you can see original parts as well
