• one left and one right headlight bracket
• two rubber grommets (for lower outer attachment points on the grille)
• two plastic sleeves (for lower outer headlight bolt)
• expressly NOT scope of delivery:
• bolts for headlights (recommended: self-tapping screws/drilling screws in diameter 3.5mm or 3.9mm or 4.2mm; with flange or big washer)
• with this conversion kit you will be able to convert a regular single headlight carrier to RallyeGolf front lights

• CAUTION: RallyeGolf lock carriers have a whole lot of differences. This conversion kit only incorporates headlight conversion!
• for this conversion we recommend to only use radiator carriers/lock carriers made by Volkswagen, as aftermarket parts usually have high dimensional deviations

installation instructions

Requires following installation equipment, which is not part of the delivery scope: drill 4mm (metric), deburring tool, cleanser, anti corrosion agent, 12x rivet 4mm (metric), tools to remove the standard headlamp carriers from the radiator mount (e.g. spot weld drill, grinder, ...).

Not intended for road use, motorsports only. Requires installation by professionals under the use of personal protective equipment.
